Sarah is an executive coach and leadership development consultant with over 25 years of experience in the tech and telecoms industry. Before starting her coaching business she served as a Vice President at Virgin Media and Liberty Global, where she gained a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing leaders today. She uses her extensive business experience and coaching skills to help leaders develop greater self-awareness, empathy and resilience.
Sarah’s coaching style is collaborative and results-oriented. She works with leaders to identify their strengths and weaknesses, set clear goals, and develop the skills and strategies they need to succeed. As a certified behavioural consultant and emotional intelligence coach, she helps leaders to understand themselves and others better, build stronger relationships, improve communication skills and make better decisions.
As well as being the founding member of Borderless, Sarah is the Mentoring Chair for WICT UK & Ireland and takes time as a volunteer mentor for small businesses for the UK Government’s Help To Grow leadership programme.
Sarah lives with her two daughters in North Hampshire, and travels frequently to York. She plays golf whenever she can and loves walking in the UK countryside.
Ewan is a business advisor, coach and leadership development facilitator with over 20 years of experience in the corporate world. He began his career at KPMG in Glasgow, before moving to Ernst & Young in Dublin. He then held a number of senior finance roles at Virgin Media Group, including Group CFO for Virgin Media Ireland and a position on the Board of Virgin Media Television.
Ewan is known for his empathetic and authentic leadership style, which has led him to pursue coaching and leadership development as a way to support other leaders. He now has a successful business advisory practice, where he advises as a CFO and board member to a portfolio of start-up businesses. He also coaches and facilitates leadership development programs for a variety of organisations.
Ewan’s work is grounded in his extensive experience in finance, strategy, leadership and coaching. He has a deep understanding of the challenges facing leaders today and he is passionate about helping them to develop the skills and mindsets they need to succeed.

Lizzie lives with her partner and two sons in Hampshire. In her spare time, she loves to campervan with her family. She also enjoys photography and baking. She is a talented photographer and her cakes are always delicious!
