Developing your emotional intelligence

THE SECRET LEADERSHIP INGREDIENT

The skills that helped secure your first promotion might not guarantee success with your next. Whilst your current skills remain important, decades of scientific research shows that the most effective leaders are those with high levels of Emotional Intelligence, known as EQ.

Since EQ is one of the most sought-after skills in the workplace, Borderless are excited to have teamed up with Roche Martin to offer our clients access to the world’s most advanced EQ assessment and development tools.

Why develop your Emotional Intelligence?

Emotional Intelligence is the ability to understand and manage your own emotions, as well as having a positive influence on the emotions of others. In a world where people are critical to business performance, enhancing your EQ has been identified as the power behind leadership development and increased profitability.

How it works

The first step is to measure your Emotional Intelligence skills using Roche Martin’s psychometric assessment.

Our Borderless coaches will schedule a two-hour feedback session to talk you through the EQ assessment results, working with you to understand the behaviour drivers behind your results and creating a personalised or team action plan to progress.

Following the initial two-hour feedback session, a coaching package is essential to fully achieve your goals.

What next?

The impact of the Emotional Intelligence coaching with Borderless will be felt even before the feedback session has finished. We are the experts by your side to help you and your team achieve your goals and ensure lasting change. Book an initial no obligation call to find out more about how we can help.
